Do you offer virtual training?

Yes I do, via zoom, face time, IG video

Do you work with pre-existing injuries?

Yes, depending on what the injury is we can always find a way to safely work around it and strengthen the surrounding muscle groups

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

There are no refunds. Any session that is not canceled and rescheduled at least 24hrs in advance will be a charged session.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU TAKE?

I take Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, and cash
