I was at a point in my life where my confidence was really low. I had gained a significant amount of weight after spending a large part of my life being fit. I also had lost the ability to do some athletic things that I did with ease. I had many failed attempts at getting back on the horse and I was very discouraged and felt defeated. Out of nowhere, I ran into Jason’s business card and within the initial conversation, I knew it was not only going to be a good fit but I would feel comfortable. I am still working towards my goals however the experience with Jason has helped me improve my confidence and I have even done things I never thought I could do even when I was very fit. it also helps that I feel like I have a voice in my training and I never feel intimidated. I have had two injuries unrelated to training and one illness and he has been able to adjust to it. he has a calm demeanor and a sense of humor which makes him easy to be around and he is approachable. Jason has been a Godsend. I met Jason at a time in my life when even my physician was suggesting bariatric weight loss surgery. It seemed so extreme. When I began training with Jason, I lost 20 lbs in the first 10 sessions, 30 lbs in 30 days! No diet pills, no drugs, no starvation, no risk to my health or to my knee injury. Results!!!Results!!!Results!!! Whatever your goal is for hiring a personal trainer if your looking for results Jason is the trainer you need. I love that each session offers different exercises to train different muscle groups. You also learn to work with and appreciate your body as it transforms into a leaner, stronger, and healthier you. My personal goals were to lose weight and become stronger in preparation for the Army Basic training. Initially, when I started working with Jason in August I was only able to do about 10 sit-ups/ 12 push up (with max strength and trembling, lol) and 154lbs (which is a lot if you’re 5'3). Now, about 30 sessions in I can do 44 push-ups/56 sit-ups and am weighing 137lbs. That's a HUGE improvement. That’s the Result!!! But seriously, I could never do that alone at a gym by myself. Jason doesn't only train you physically but mentally too. He encourages you through every mental block that tells you to quit and he's skilled enough in his craft to know when to stop. I'm having a great time, I'm feeling stronger physically and mentally, and my goals are being met. Once you start you won't stop, I'm definitely continuing training with Jason.

I absolutely detest working out but between wine and poor eating I needed a trainer to help kick me into gear. Jason is kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He tailors the workout for each person. He doesn't only focus on the workout but he includes your goals and the diet that is best suited for you. I complain, whine and drag my feet but he is still there as my biggest supporter! Most people who read reviews regarding personal trainers want to know whether or not this person will help them achieve their goals. I can say confidently that training with Jason will result in noticeable improvements in a short period of time. I've been working with him steadily for 4 months; I've lost 38lb, gone down 2 pants sizes and 3 shirt sizes. He's provided the structure, guidance, nutritional and fitness feedback, and encouragement I've needed to achieve weight loss, as well as non-scale victories. No two workouts are the same, which is pretty creative considering we meet 3 times a week. Sessions are divided evenly between high-intensity interval training and cardio. We've also begun to incorporate more significant strength training with free weights. I believe this combination has helped prevent my body from becoming comfortable and plateauing. He's willing to meet me where it's convenient to work out, and he's flexible and adjusts to my scheduling. We've trained outdoors and at the gym; believe me, no 2 workouts are the same. He comes to each session with a professional and engaging attitude, ready to focus the entire session on achieving your goal. He will keep you on point and accountable, as far as both your fitness and nutritional habits are concerned. This can be helpful for beginners and seasoned athletes alike, as nutritional habits are especially important to any fitness goals. I can say that he's helped me challenge myself and overcome physical and emotional barriers that had prevented my success in the past. He will work with you at whatever size or fitness level you're currently at and get you where you want to be. Likewise, his price is very fair and reasonable. If you want someone who's patient, equally committed to your success, willing to meet you literally and emotionally where you're at and approaches fitness with an encouraging and positive attitude, Jason is the trainer for you. You'll be glad you've chosen him to be part of your fitness journey.

Very good!!! Jason is an incredible personal trainer. Not only will he whip you into shape, but he keeps it interesting every time you work out with him. He is great about not repeating the same workouts every week. He also does a great job of explaining why he has you do certain exercises. Jason was a referral from a friend--I wanted to take more control of my health and fitness and also have a challenging workout that was close to my house. Jason is excellent. He is so nice, patient, and focused. I'm stronger than I've been in a long time, and I am seeing some real results both physically and with my endurance levels. I've lost some weight, and I can definitely tell that I am just overall more toned than I've been in years. In terms of Jason's approach, he makes you feel very comfortable. He listens to my concerns, and checks in regularly. He's also tough, but not in a scary way or a way that makes me feel bad about myself. I first starting working out with Jason early this summer. Before working with him, I was never able to commit to a fitness program. “I was at a point in my life I was ready for a lifestyle and total change in my body and my health. As I approached my 40th birthday I wanted to just make the change. With the support of a friend ( Aziz ) who just motivated and inspired me to just do it, stop talking about it, and make it happen. With that motivation I made it happen. I met with Jason who is only 10 + blocks from my house it was like it was meant to be!!! We met the Monday and it took off from there.
